As part of a rotation with the San Diego Unified School District, I made a lesson plan that could be used to integrate nutrition education in a high school classroom.

Weight loss handout targeted at parents of obese and overweight children. Developed for use by the UCSD CLL Research Consortium (CRC)

Kosher Menu - During my rotation at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities (targeted towards Jewish senior citizens), I wrote a one week menu incorporating the different requirements of a traditional kosher diet.
Dialysis Clinic Bulletin Board - A monthly bulletin board is displayed in the waiting room for the UCSD Outpatient Dialysis Clinic, with a different nutrition-related theme every month.
